An examination of the role of the internet, and more specifically Web 2.0 in facilitating direct public governance. The film tells the stories of the online mass collaboration projects such as CouchSurfing, Mumsnet, My Football Club, Zopa and Slice the Pie whose self-organising structures are coming closer and closer to the mainstream of our social and political lives.
